The advertising was written from a shorter list. Between the two, the printed panel wins: it is the regulated statement on the container a buyer receives and the only one of the two that carries an amount.

One amount is printed: caffeine at 5 mg. The rest sit inside a single blend figure of 82 mg, so the ceiling is knowable and the split is not.

The panel states the 82 mg is equivalent to approximately 567 mg of dry powders, a concentration ratio of roughly seven to one. It is the manufacturer saying these are extracts rather than ground plant.

5 mg per gummy. A cup of brewed coffee is 80 mg to 100 mg.

3 g, all of it added sugar, which the panel puts at 6% of a daily value, alongside 10 calories and 4 mg of sodium.

Nothing on the printed ingredient list rules either out: apple pectin rather than gelatin, and no gluten source among the other ingredients. The label itself prints no vegetarian or gluten-free statement, so anyone who must be certain should ask the order line about the batch.

By evidence, maca and ashwagandha. By position on the panel, muira puama, which normally signals the largest share by weight and has the thinnest human trial record of the nine.

The printed directions read: “Take 1 gummy once daily as a dietary supplement, or as directed by a qualified health care professional.” Chew it rather than swallowing it whole.

The label sets no time of day and no food rule. Attach it to something that already happens every day. The 5 mg of caffeine is far too little to disturb sleep.

The label says one. Two doubles the sugar and the caffeine and does not usefully double a blend already far below the amounts its ingredients were studied at.

Nothing to catch up. Start again the next morning, and keep counting the guarantee from the purchase date, because it does not pause for a gap.

As printed: “Keep out of the reach of children. Store at room temperature 59-86 degrees F (15-30 degrees C). Keep bottle tightly closed. For your protection, do not use if the seal under the cap is broken or missing.”

Sixty days. The stated common wait is 3 to 6 weeks, and no report in the distributor’s roster is earlier than day 18.

None is printed on the label and no trial of this gummy exists to report one. Three of the nine extracts carry documented cautions and all three matter only in combination with something else.

Horny goat weed is on the panel and MedlinePlus lists interactions with nitrates and with blood-pressure medicines, because its marker compound acts at the same target as prescription erectile-dysfunction tablets.

Two extracts here appear in liver-injury reporting, ashwagandha and concentrated green tea extract, both at amounts far above what this blend can supply. The side effects page sets out both.

It is written and sold for men, and the label warning covers pregnancy and nursing directly.
